Luminis Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Womens Health team. This role provides comprehensive gynecologic and preventative care to patients across the lifespan in a collaborative, supportive clinical environment. We strongly prefer a Womens Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with formal training in womens health; however, relevant clinical experience will be strongly considered in lieu of specialty certification. This position is well suited for a provider who values thoughtful, patient-centered care and who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on reproductive, pelvic, and menopausal health
Perform routine gynecologic examinations, screenings, and patient counseling
Conduct in-office gynecologic procedures, including vulvar and endometrial biopsies, with occasional vaginal or cervical biopsies as clinically indicated
Evaluate and manage pelvic floor and urogynecologic conditions, including pessary sizing, fitting, and ongoing management when appropriate
Participate in specialized diagnostic and therapeutic services such as urodynamic testing and percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS), based on training and experience
Manage and support patients undergoing sacral neuromodulation therapy, including device programming and follow-up care for Medtronic InterStim and Axonics systems
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation in the EMR
Provide patient-centered education, listen attentively to concerns, and deliver care with patience, compassion, and attention to detail
Required Qualifications:
Womens Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage patient care independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
