Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Salary guaranteed for 3 years with production & panel management incentives | Straight from residency: $285,000 | 2 years of experience: $310,000 | 5 years of experience: $335,000 | Tier-based system + Production and Quality Bonuses
- Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 sign-on bonus
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: National Health Service Corps loan repayment program eligible (non-profit site) | $75k lump sum residency stipend prior to employment (nontaxable income)

Qualifications
- Degree: MD/DO
- Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Licensure: Active state license or eligible to obtain one
- Experience: New grads and experienced physicians welcome
