BayCare Clinic Eye Specialists has an exceptional opportunity for an Oculoplastic Surgeon to join an established high-volume, multi-specialty, privately-owned ophthalmic practice serving Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. You’ll work alongside passionate partners while providing advanced specialty care to a large referral region spanning more than 36,000 square miles. Our practice features an on-site surgery center, experienced professional support staff, and state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.

The Opportunity:

As a physician at BayCare Clinic, you are on track to become a partner within two years. Upon interviewing, you will sit with a member of our team to discuss your future opportunities here. The room for career growth is as much as you want it to be. As the clinic continues to grow, so do the opportunities. We offer CME allowance for you to continue your education. The clinic is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Current oculoplastic surgeon is in clinic two days per week and has full days of surgery three days per week. You will have a dedicated clinical staff team beside you to work through the day.

Required Skills and Training:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist
  • Fellowship trained Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
  • Licensed in Wisconsin or willing to obtain license
  • A passion to help others
  • Patient focused with excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced work environment
