Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in applicable state(s)
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Emergency Medicine
• Proven clinical experience in acute and primary care settings
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
• Commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency
• Advanced certifications such as ACLS, ATLS, or PALS
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Prior experience in rural or underserved areas
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in family or emergency medicine
• Additional training or experience in urgent care, pediatrics, or internal medicine

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as needed for assignments
• Valid DEA certification when applicable
• Ability to obtain state medical licensure and relevant privileges
• Compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
