Join Our Team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Orthopedic Surgery!

Required Skills:
- Valid and current nurse practitioner or physician assistant license
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic patient care, including hand, joint, and sports injuries
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in orthopedic surgery or sports medicine
- Certification in orthopedic nursing or specialty certifications
- Experience with patient education and counseling
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics or related fields
- Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic care settings
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Occasional coverage at Cumberland and Stonecrest locations
- Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and ongoing education
- Ability to travel for coverage as needed
