Required Skills:

• Valid and current nurse practitioner or physician assistant license
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic patient care, including hand, joint, and sports injuries
• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in orthopedic surgery or sports medicine
• Certification in orthopedic nursing or specialty certifications
• Experience with patient education and counseling
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics or related fields
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic care settings

Other Requirements:

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Occasional coverage at Cumberland and Stonecrest locations
• Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and ongoing education
• Ability to travel for coverage as needed
