HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital and our associated freestanding Emergency Departments in Venice, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch are seeking full‑time Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our established, high‑quality practice on Florida’s Gulf Coast. This role offers a new competitive compensation model, up to $60,000 sign‑on bonus, and the ability to practice in one of the country’s most desirable coastal markets.

Position Overview

• Full‑time clinical Emergency Medicine role

• Practice across Sarasota Doctors Hospital + regional FSEDs

• Physician‑led EM team with excellent clinical support

• Newly renovated 19‑bed Emergency Department

• 27,000 annual ED visits

• Predictable schedule with stable coverage

• No state income tax

Qualifications

• ABEM/AOBEM board certified or board eligible

• FM/IM physicians with 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine experience (within the last 2 years)

• ACLS and PALS required
