The Hawaii Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a BC/ BE Addiction Medicine Physician to join its Addiction Medicine Department at the Kaiser Permanente Mapunapuna Medical Office in Honolulu, HI.
Position Highlights

- 2 MD department with shared call
Position Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine or ECFMG certification
- Residency trained in IM/ FM (preferred), Emergency Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics or Preventive Medicine
- Completion of an Addiction Medicine Fellowship in ACGME accredited program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Addiction Medicine
- 2-5 years experience preferred
