Practice across CentraCare Health Plaza and St. Cloud Hospital, splitting your time between outpatient endoscopy and clinic and inpatient rounding and procedures. Schedule

• Dual Practice Setting: Split time between outpatient clinic/endoscopy and inpatient rounding and procedures.
• Balanced Clinical Variety: Combine structured clinic time with dynamic inpatient consults and acute care procedures.
• Academic Collaboration: Opportunities to support advanced GI services and collaborate on education and clinical innovation.

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary range: expected minimum $752,000, could be as high as $1,000,000 plus per year, based on production incentive levels achieved
• Tiered production incentive model 
• 8,435 wRVU (or greater) annually achieves highest tier 
• Premium conversion factor of $89.25 at highest tier
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
