Physician - Gastroenterology

Baxter Health in Mountain Home, Arkansas, is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join our growing team and help expand access to high-quality GI care for the communities we serve.

Position Highlights:

• Join 2 experienced GI physicians (25+ years each) - both perform ERCP & are open to mentoring
• Support from 4 APPs (2 in clinic, 2 in hospital)
• Busy, well-established practice with 5,000+ endoscopy cases annually
• Clinic within 0.5 mile of hospital & GI lab
• 4 procedure rooms in Endoscopy, SGNA-certified GI nursing staff
• Flexible Workload includes 3.5-4 days procedures, 0.5-1 day clinic, 0.5 day admin
• Strong specialty support: Surgical Oncology, Pathology, General Surgery
• Committee opportunities available (quality, safety, service line leadership)

Position Benefits:

Position Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
