• Work-Life Balance: 70% clinical / 30% academic structure with predictable clinic schedule and primarily phone-based call
• Desirable Practice Setting: Academic pediatric genetics practice within SUNY Upstate Medical University and Upstate Golisano Childrens Hospital

• Favorable Call Schedule: Shared 1:5 call rotation with genetics and developmental pediatrics colleagues; low overnight disruption

  • Newborn screening referral center serving 21 counties
  • Dedicated metabolic clinic two days per week

Qualifications:

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Genetics
• Licensure: Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York
• Skillset: Interest or experience in clinical biochemical/metabolic genetics and newborn screening follow-up
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Sponsorship: Visa support available on a case-by-case basis
