Premier Bone & Joint Centers is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our growing multidisciplinary musculoskeletal team in Laramie, Wyoming. Position Overview

The PM&R physician will play a key role in the evaluation, treatment, and long-term management of patients with musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions. Working alongside orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation specialists, the physician will help develop comprehensive non-operative treatment pathways and interventional pain management services.

Compensation & Structure

  • Starting salary: Up to $450,000

  • 50% of net profits after covering practice expenses

  • No partnership track - employed position with long-term income potential through productivity

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, spine, and neurological conditions

  • Provide non-operative spine care and rehabilitation management

  • Perform interventional pain procedures such as spinal injections, nerve blocks, and related treatments (based on training and comfort level)

  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to optimize pre-operative and post-operative rehabilitation

  • Develop individualized rehabilitation and pain management treatment plans

  • Work closely with physical therapists and care teams to maximize patient outcomes

  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

  • Fellowship training in Interventional Spine or Pain Management preferred but not required

  • Eligible for Wyoming medical licensure

  • Strong interest in musculoskeletal medicine, spine care, and collaborative orthopedic practice
