Were seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join an established and growing value-based care group in Greater Las Vegas. This is a full-time role focused on providing compassionate, comprehensive, and preventative care to an adult and senior patient population in an institutional setting. (SNF/ LTC)

- Base Salary: $260K$290K (commensurate with experience)
- Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base compensation
- Schedule: MondayFriday, outpatient only no nights, weekends, or hospital call
- Patient Volume: 12-14 patients per day

- Mission-Driven: Deliver advanced primary care with a focus on quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management
Your Impact
- Serve as the patients first point of contact for acute, chronic, and preventive health needs
- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and specialists
- Leverage data-driven tools to monitor patient outcomes and tailor care plans
- Educate and empower patients to manage their health proactively
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and community health programs
Qualifications
- MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Current, unrestricted California medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA certification required
- Prior experience in value-based or managed care preferred
