- Experience: Minimum 2 years trauma surgery experience or completion of a surgical fellowship preferred; no recent graduates
- Licensure/Certifications: Valid Colorado Physician Assistant license, BLS/ACLS recommended
- Annual Salary: $136,822 – $179,379 (based on experience)
- Additional Incentives: Up to $10,000 annually via Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP)

- Provide overnight trauma and emergency general surgery care
- Manage trauma admissions and inpatient cases
- Conduct patient evaluations, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostics
- Assist trauma surgeons with procedures and resuscitation efforts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document all patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
- Support quality improvement initiatives and operational performance metrics
- Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities
- Current Colorado Physician Assistant license
- Minimum 2 years of trauma surgery experience or completion of a surgical fellowship
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to autonomously handle complex cases and multitask effectively
