60 Surgical and ICU beds with e-icu Capability

Daily Censes: 6-10 pts per day

Typical Acuity Level: Moderate to High

Patient Mix: Urban/suburban

Multi-disciplinary Critical Care.

Scheduling & Workload:

Shift Lengths: 12-hour shifts 7a-7p

No overnight call

Annual Clinical Hours Expectations: 1956 hours/ 13-14 shifts per month

Shift Distribution: One daytime Intensivist in-house, night coverage supported by Hospitalists and the TeleICU.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: 234.07

Annual comp $457,841- $457,841

Incentives: Weekend incentives

Signing bonus negotiable

Physician/Nursing Collaboration: Close Working Relationship with ICU nurse management and Nursing staff-

Staffing Model: Single physician coverage
