Qualifications
- MD or DO from accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Nevada Medical License (or eligible)
- DEA License
- NV State Pharmacy License
- EMG proficiency required
- Ability to work independently
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
