Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology

Structural Heart/Interventional Inpatient/Outpatient Advanced Practitioner opportunity in the Hartford region. 

Trinity Health Of New England seeks a?nurse practitioner or physician assistant?to join the?Cardiovascular team. 

Join an established and growing interdisciplinary Cardiology team of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers with a specific focus on caring for patients pre and post structural heart and coronary interventional procedures. 

Daily responsibilities include:  

• Seeing outpatients in office-based settings throughout the Hartford area.
• Pre and post op evaluations prior to cardiovascular procedures.
• Providing same-day access to care. 
• Inpatient cardiovascular procedural consultations. 

The successful candidate: 

• Is interested in cardiac care with a specific interest in cardiovascular procedures. 
• Has cardiology experience (preferred but not required). 
• Will have a Connecticut state advanced practice nurse or physician assistant license.
