Were seeking a passionate and driven Physician to join our Primary Care Clinton Office located on the Southeast side of MichiganThis is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

  • Position Type: Full Time - 1.0 FTE
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm, but looking to expend hours to 7pm two weekdays a week and 8am - 12 noon one Saturday a week
  • Location: Clinton
  • Specialty: Primary Care
  • Team Size: Currently 6 providers, with a goal of 7-8 providers
  • Teaching Opportunities: MSU community medical students and AIM residents
  • Call Requirements: Call is weekly, starting Friday at 5pm. Providers rotate and holidays are split as evenly as possible

Requirements

  • Relevant clinical experience required
  • Physicians must be board certified or board eligible
  • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license
  • ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • A typical day may include:
  • Providing direct patient care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in teaching and mentoring
  • Documenting in Epic EMR
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting community health efforts
