Join Our Team as an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician and Make a Difference in Patient Care
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. This vital role offers the opportunity to work with a modern hospital equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including six LDRP rooms, dedicated surgical suites, and a Level I NICU. Your expertise will directly impact women's health through full-scope obstetrical and gynecological services, with opportunities for gynecological surgery and involvement in a dynamic, growing practice.
Required Skills:
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration within the OB/CNM team
- Ability to deliver holistic, patient-centered care respecting patient preferences and shared decision-making
- Active DEA license
- Valid medical license to practice in Florida (or eligible via IMLC compact)
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with gynecological surgery
- Familiarity with innovative technological platforms aiding patient engagement
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams including LCSWs, lactation consultants, and health educators
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Fellowship or additional specialization in Women's Health is a plus
- Minimum of one year of obstetric/gynecologic practice experience
Other Requirements:
- 24-hour in-house call shifts, with flexibility for consecutive shifts
- Travel coverage provided, including airfare, lodging, and car rentals
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
