OPPORTUNITY:

• Join a respected team of 1 Family Medicine physician and 1 APC
• Flexible scheduling allows for a personalized work-life balance
• Average 16-18 patients per day
• Clinic hours 8am-5pm
• Onsite lab and radiology (ultrasound, mammography, xray)
• Wisconsin and Michigan licensure required
