General Orthopedic Physician Opportunity - Deaconess Clinic

Primary Responsibilities
General Orthopedic Duties
- Operate an outpatient clinic designed to accommodate an increased volume of referral patients.
- Provide coverage for inpatient orthopedic care.
- Maintain a minimum of 36 hours per week of direct patient contact, along with 4 hours per week dedicated to administrative tasks.
Position Highlights
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Guaranteed salary of $800,000 for the first 12 months
$50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year contract
Competitive productivity-based compensation after year one
Additional quality bonus opportunity once productivity threshold is met
Many physicians in our specialty programs exceed their initial guarantee
- J- 1 acceptable
Practice Details
General Orthopedics (1.0 FTE)
Inpatient coverage: Approximately 7 days per month
Call coverage: 1:4
Fully implemented Epic EMR for both inpatient and outpatient care
