Advanced Practice Provider Gynecology

About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will join Alta View Womens Specialists, a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. You will be based at Alta View Campus in Sandy, Utah. We are an established practice of three OB/GYN physicians, one Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon, and five certified nurse midwives.

Your practice will be focused in gynecology, spending approximately 50% of time surgically assisting and 50% in clinic.


Youll provide comprehensive care to patients through annual wellness visits, post-operative visits, care for menopause, endometriosis, pelvic pain, and various gynecological concerns, as well as performing a variety of in-office procedures like inserting IUDs and Nexplanon.


In the operating room, youll surgically assist our minimally invasive gynecologic surgeons with complex benign gyn cases.

After hours call will be extremely limited, work will generally fall during normal business hours.

What youll bring:

  • Utah license as a Physician Assistant (PA), Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), or an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
  • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, or Physician Assistant
  • Utah State Controlled Substance License
  • Federal DEA Certificate II through V
  • BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Preferred: womens health or surgical experience
  • Preferred: experience or interest in menopause care
