Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology provider and play a vital role in delivering exceptional women’s health services. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to support our hospitalist team as a backup OB specialist, including potential on-call responsibilities for the OB Emergency Department. If you are dedicated, reliable, and comfortable with second-call duties, this is an excellent chance to contribute to patient care in a supportive environment.

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in the relevant state.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Prior experience in obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and work independently.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with hospital-based OB practices.
• Previous on-call or emergency department experience.
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and electronic medical records systems.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Comfortable with 24-hour call shifts and sporadic scheduling.
• Local candidates are a bonus.

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on 07/13/2026.
• Willingness to serve as a backup OB call provider, with potential main on-call duties.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle occasional call callbacks.
• Compensation for call shifts ranges from $3,500 to $4,500 for 24-hour periods.
