Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-stakes environment
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in hospital-based emergency or family medicine settings
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Leadership or preceptorship experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in emergency or family medicine
• Active board certification or eligibility in relevant specialties

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work 24-hour shifts, with the ability to meet shift standards and scheduled dates
• Willingness to work at the specified facility on May 10, 22, 24, 26, and 31, 2026
• Certifications in CPR, ACLS, and ATLS preferred
• Compliance with all licensure, certification, and credentialing requirements
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle rotating shifts as needed

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Shift maximum rate of $5,400 per shift)
