• Call only schedule: 9 shifts per month, 1-2 weekends monthly
• Average 10 orthopedic inpatients plus ED trauma call coverage
• 6 patients per shift with approximately 5 phone consults per day
• Arthroscopy and total joint replacement skills required
• Joint revision and repair capabilities needed
• ED trauma coverage including hip fractures and simple fractures
• 15-minute call response time with beeper coverage
• 10% callback rate with 0-4 hour callback range
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
