What You’ll Bring:

• Current and valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Proven experience in anesthesia delivery, ideally within a surgical or perioperative environment
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, patient monitoring, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, variable schedule with flexibility for night shifts

Additional Skills That Are a Plus:

• Experience supporting robotic-assisted surgeries
• Familiarity with pediatric anesthesia
• Knowledge of recent advancements in anesthesia practices
• Bilingual abilities to serve our diverse patient population

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing with specialized training in anesthesia
• At least 2 years of anesthesia practice in a surgical setting
• Prior experience supporting multiple surgical specialties including ENT, general surgery, GI, GYN, orthopedics, pediatrics, urology, and vascular procedures

Other Requirements:

• Valid state licensure and certifications (e.g., NBCRNA certification, DEA license)
• Ability to obtain facility-specific credentialing and privileging
• Willingness to support a variety of shifts, including night and weekend hours
• Ability to travel or relocate if necessary; all-inclusive rates are preferred
