Opportunity Details

  • Position Type:Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
  • Schedule:  Monday through Friday with expected practice call and inpatient hospital call
  • Location:All current IHA Medical Group Podiatry sites

  • Team Size: Currently 9 DPMs and 1 NP

 Requirements

  • Clinical experience required
  • Physicians must be board certified or qualified by American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery
  • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license
  • ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Heavy clinical role with no trauma/hindfoot/ankle reconstruction
  • Providing direct patient care for both inpatient and outpatient
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in teaching and mentoring
  • Documenting in Epic EMR
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiativesSupporting community health efforts
