What We Offer:
- Shareholder Track
- 3-year guaranteed salary
- No cap on earning potential: Physicians are earning between $350K-$750K
- 4 weeks paid time off, paid holidays, and 5 paid days for CME, with even more flexibility as a shareholder
- Profit sharing: % based on years in practice (not solely with Esse Health)
- 7% for 0-9 years, 11% for 10+ years
- Sign-on, relocation, and CME allowance

Practice Details:
Take over a retiring physician's practice in 2027
- Overlap with the retiring physician during the transition to allow for mentorship, collaboration, and a warm handoff of patients, ensuring continuity of care and supporting patient retention
- Monday - Friday: No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Choose outpatient only or a traditional clinic-plus-inpatient model that utilizes hospitalists
- Clinic hours:
- Monday - Wednesday, 8:00a to 6:00p
- Thursday and Friday, 8:00a to 5:00p
- Schedule: 4.5 days patient care and .5 days set aside for administrative work
- Call: phone only
- See 16-18 patients per day on average
- Ability to incorporate sub-specialty care and special interests
- Opportunity to mentor medical students and residents if desired
- Provide evidence-based and value-based care
- Medicare Advantage panel management is large focus of practice
- Fee for Service/Commercial patient care also provided
- NextGen EMR
Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA)
- Missouri licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Missouri
