• In house shifts 7 am - 7 am
• 5 - 8 shifts per month
• Average 3 patients per 24-hour shift in labor and delivery
• Support from OB hospitalists available
• Unscheduled c-sections and urgent surgical assists
• OB hospitalists serve as primary surgeons
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
