Job Summary  

The Division of Gynecology at UT Southwestern Medical Center is actively recruiting a highly motivated faculty member with strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in clinical care, an academic record that includes participation in scholarly activity, and a commitment to the education and professional development of colleagues and trainees.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic group of gynecologists in an ambulatory, university-based practice. The principal clinical responsibility will be the delivery of comprehensive gynecologic care to complex patients, with a focus on multidisciplinary programs in endometriosis, fibroid care, and pelvic pain.

Position Highlights

  • Provide comprehensive gynecologic care within a multidisciplinary academic practice
  • Care for complex gynecologic patients through integrated programs in endometriosis, fibroid management, and pelvic pain
  • Active participation in resident and medical student education
  • Engagement in clinical, educational, and/or scholarly activities that advance the field of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and Gynecology
  • Faculty appointment at UT Southwestern Medical Center, with academic rank commensurate with experience
  • Work in state-of-the-art facilities at William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital and Parkland Memorial Hospital.

Qualifications

  • D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Completion of an AAGL-approved Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, or equivalent experience, preferred
  • Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Eligible for Texas medical licensure
  • Strong commitment to clinical excellence, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration
