Required Skills:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
• Valid Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain one
• Proven experience in adult hematology and oncology care
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a caseload with efficiency and compassion

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a locum or temporary position
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Additional certifications in palliative care or related specialties
• Experience with outpatient and inpatient care management

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years post-residency clinical experience in Hematology and Oncology
• Prior work in a hospital-based or clinic setting
• Comfortable handling diverse cases with minimal supervision

• Availability to start on or around March 21, 2026
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations and standards
• Must possess or be eligible for applicable licensure, certification, and malpractice insurance

Hourly Pay Rate: $19,500.00
