BMG: Memphis Lung Physicians Foundation

• Nationally competitive shift-based compensation structure with additional performance bonuses
• $30,000 sign on bonus + annual quality bonus + relocation
• This is an employed opportunity with Baptist Medical Group (a multidisciplinary medical group with over 1000 employed physicians)

• We are in the process of growing our Pulmonary and Critical Care service team to continue providing the highest level of specialty care available to the region
• Join our team of 19 physicians providing Sleep, Pulmonary, & Critical Care services to three of our area hospitals
• Primary facility: BMH - Memphis (700 bed tertiary referral center for our 26-hospital system)
• Incredibly diverse pathology
• Great sub-specialty support
• EMR Platform - EPIC
• Provide care to high acuity patients - complex case mix
• Participate in our specialty clinics: established Interstitial Lung disease and Pulmonary Hypertension Center of Excellence with the potential for additional subspecialization
• Contribute to expanding Lung Nodule & Multi-Disciplinary lung cancer program
• Opportunity to teach Pulmonary/Critical Care fellows, Family Medicine residents, and IM Residents
