Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of case logs as an OB Hospitalist
• Recent practice as an OB Hospitalist within the past 2 years
• Board-Certified OBGYN
• Active Florida Medical License (must license via IMLC with LOQ submission)
• Active FL DEA license
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Meditech
• Ability to work 24-hour in-call shifts from 7 am to 7 am, with the flexibility to work consecutive shifts (2-3 in a row)
• Competence in surgical first assist procedures and collaboration with CNMs and Pediatric Hospitalists

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Level 2 NICU care
• Surgical first assist training
• Knowledge of anesthesia services
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Proven clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
• Prior experience working in hospitalist settings or level 2 NICU environments

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work flexible, 24-hour shift schedules
• Ability to handle emergency and high-pressure situations
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
