Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology
• Valid medical license and DEA registration
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proficiency in advanced interventional procedures including R/LHC, PCI, Balloon Angioplasty, Balloon Pump, and IVUS
• Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in outpatient clinics and inpatient settings
• Additional certifications related to cardiology procedures
• Experience with STEMI call coverage and night shifts

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of post-fellowship interventional cardiology practice
• Proven track record in performing high-volume interventional procedures

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to provide up to 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, with night call coverage
• Flexibility to support up to every other month vacation coverage
• Strong emphasis on patient safety and quality care
• Ability to adapt to hospital protocols and EMR documentation standards
• Travel and licensure reimbursement as applicable
