Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Gastroenterology Physician to provide high-quality care to adult patients in a hospital environment. The role involves outpatient clinic work, inpatient rounding, and performing essential procedures, supporting a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in digestive health. The position offers a flexible schedule, and the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.

Required Skills

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology
• Valid PA Medical License
• DEA Certification
• Minimum of 1 year post-residency experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
• Strong clinical skills in adult digestive health management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with advanced procedures, such as EUS or ERCP (not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in a hospital-based outpatient setting
• Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency

Preferred Education and Experience

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 1 year of post-residency clinical experience in gastroenterology
• Prior experience working in a hospital or acute care environment

Other Requirements

• Must hold a valid PA medical license
• Must be willing to support 24-hour call coverage on a rotating basis
• Travel and licensure expenses will be reimbursed when applicable
• Credentialing process completion expected within 90 days

Hourly Pay Rate: $391.70
