• 10 hour shifts covering 6a-4p, 1p-11p, and 8p-6a
• Average 70 patients per day
• Emergency department setting
• 12 hours of mid-level support available
• General ED procedures required
• Acuity average ESI level 3.28 with majority level 3 and 4
• Trauma surgeon backup available
• No call requirements
