- Mostly Hematology but may need to see solid tumors

- Board Certified

- Hospital will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- 30-60 days
- Requirements:
- Board Certified
- BLS, ACLS
- MT State License or IMLC
- MT DEA or willing to transfer
