Occupational Medicine | Advanced Practice Provider | Onsite Employer Clinic

Excellent opportunity for an advanced practice provider to join Memorial Hermann Occupational Health and Wellness Clinic. 

Candidate will work at an on-site employer clinic, which provides primary care and occupational medicine services. Primary duties are to provide management and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses. Cross-cover with occupational medicine provider, when needed.   

• 100% outpatient
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm | Wednesday 9:00am- 6:00pm
• Patients age range 12+
• Robust EMR
• Bilingual preferred

Requirements:

• Texas Licensure
• DEA Prescriptive Authority
• BLS Certification
• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Certification
• 2-3 + years experience strongly preferred
