- Competitive hourly pay rate of $295.62, with day shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) scheduled primarily Monday through Wednesday, supporting work-life balance

Key Responsibilities
- Provide OB-GYN consultation and procedures, including minor procedures such as EMB, Colpo, pessary maintenance, and PAPs
- Support a busy clinic seeing approximately 20-25 patients daily across a wide age range (14-90 years)
- Collaborate with clinic nurses, front office staff, and clinical supervisors to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care
- Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR system and maintain compliance with all clinical protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN
- Active Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration
- BLS certification is mandatory
- Ability to perform minor procedures and proficiency with colposcope or referral capability
- Capable of working independently within a team-oriented environment
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with EMR systems, particularly EPIC
- Additional certifications such as ACLS
- Knowledge of women’s health management for diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience
- MD or DO from an accredited institution with completion of OB-GYN residency
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in OB-GYN practice highly desirable
Other Requirements
- Vaccinations as mandated, or approved medical/religious exemptions
- Willingness to work day shifts on a scheduled basis, with occasional PRN call availability
- Credentialing complete within approximately 60-90 days, with no licensing required for this position, as license is already active in PA
