Here, you’ll care for a diverse adult patient panel in a collaborative environment with strong referral relationships and robust support from experienced staff. Our providers enjoy a 100% outpatient practice with no hospital responsibilities, giving you time to focus on what matters most—developing long-term relationships with your patients and making a lasting impact on their health and lives.

Benefit Highlights

  • Compensation:
    • 12-month base salary guarantee with practice ramp up: $270,000
    • Salary range of established physicians: $270,000 - $380,000/yr

Required Qualifications & Abilities

  • Highly-engaged MD/DO physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Passionate about whole-person, community-based care
  • Comfortable seeing adult patients across the lifespan
  • Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots
  • Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
  • Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
  • In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
