First Year Pay Range: $573,663 - $620,176 plus RVU Bonus Opportunity

Our team
Join Confluence Health’s team of seven intellectually curious and well-trained Physicians (four General GI, two Therapeutic GI, one Hepatologist, one Motility Specialist) and five Advanced Practice Providers.
Advanced GI Position Overview
- Procedures include EUS, ERCP, EMR/ESD, Cystogastrostomy, and POEM
- Consults at one hospital covered by a very strong hospitalist program (no admissions)
- Full-time position
- Call is 1:8 when fully staffed, ERCP weekend coverage call is 1:4
- No outpatient responsibility during inpatient call
- 80% procedures and 20% clinic visits upon start, procedures will increase over time
- 6 – 8 procedures per day on average
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record

- Compensation: First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, and compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
- Time off: up to 11 weeks (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status) of time off
- Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000

- Board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship trained Gastroenterologists
- Interest in General GI, Therapeutic Endoscopy, IBD and Hepatology all welcome
- Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
- Providers who value high quality care and work life balance

- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
