Leadership Responsibilities
- Partner with the Program Director to provide administrative and clinical leadership for the residency program
- Support ACGME accreditation compliance and adherence to GME policies
- Assist with resident supervision, evaluation, and educational programming, including oversight of goals, procedures, and work hours
- Contribute to program development, growth, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in didactics, journal clubs, and grand rounds
- Engage in faculty development, academic societies, and scholarly activities
- Play an active role in resident teaching, mentorship, and program operations
Clinical & Teaching Role
- Providedirect patient careat a single, modern facility
- Supervise and teach residents in both clinical and didactic settings
- Participate in research and academic initiatives
- Flexible mix of20-60% administrative / 40-80% clinical(varies during program development and launch)
Qualifications
- Board eligible/certified in Psychiatry
- Passion for medical education, program building, and community psychiatry
