Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Women’s Health

Are you a dedicated healthcare professional passionate about women’s health? We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specialized in Women’s Health to provide exceptional outpatient care. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment, focusing on comprehensive women’s health services, including obstetrical and gynecological care.

In this full-time position, you will manage all new obstetric patients, perform ultrasounds for dating and viability assessments, conduct routine OB visits at 16 and 28 weeks, and handle a variety of gynecological and women’s health examinations. Your expertise in IUD placement/removals, endometrial biopsies, and general health screenings will be essential. The outpatient setting does not require hospital privileges, though credentialing is necessary (processing time of 30-90 days). The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility for a 4/10 schedule if preferred. Additional hours beyond 40 per week are compensated at overtime rates.

Required Skills:

  • Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
  • Proven experience in Women’s Health, including IUD placement/removals, endometrial biopsies, and obstetrics
  • Proficiency in performing ultrasounds and gynecological exams
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in an outpatient setting

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience in obstetric care beyond initial visits
  • Familiarity with mental health screenings and preventive health services
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
  • At least 2 years of Women’s Health experience preferred
  • Current state licensure and board certification/registration

This role offers Competitive Pay Packages at $1.00 per hour, a weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
