Compensation
- Competitive salary: $230,000 – $315,000 per year, based on training, experience, and formal VA pay-setting (Base Pay + Market Pay)
- Incentives: Recruitment/relocation and performance incentives may be available, subject to eligibility and facility needs
Practice environment
- Care for Veterans in a team-based Patient Aligned Care Team model with strong nursing and ancillary support
- Mostly outpatient continuity care: chronic disease management, preventive care, and same?day access for acute needs
- Electronic medical records, embedded pharmacy, social work, mental health, and specialty referral support
