We are seeking dedicated and skilled Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine physicians to provide exceptional care at our Ennis Campus. Required Skills:

• Valid and current medical license in the appropriate jurisdiction
• Certification in Family Medicine and/or Emergency Medicine (board-certified or eligible)
• Proven experience in acute and primary care settings
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Prior experience in similar fast-paced hospital or emergency settings
• Advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or ENLS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in family or emergency medicine
• Previous work in hospital-based or urgent care environments is highly valued

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work scheduled shifts, including nights (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.)
• Internally credentialed providers with a tight deadline for credentialing are preferred
• Willingness to travel for temporary placements when needed
• Compliance with all applicable licensure, certification, and hospital policies

This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00 per hour, with high earning potential proportional to the shifts worked—up to $3,300 per shift.
