Excellent opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established Primary Care Team in Wheatland, Wyoming! Work in an outpatient setting alongside collaborative team members with flexible scheduling. Our FNP will have their own patient panel with clinical responsibilities including care for all ages, wellness visits, and chronic disease management.

Minimum Requirements:

• New grads welcome
• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• FNP designation with WY license eligibility
• Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Position Details:

• Outpatient clinic only
• Flexible scheduling: 4-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday
• Neighborhood clinic treating all ages
• Average patient volume: 16-20 patients per day
• Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
• Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more
• As one of the nation's largest non-profit health systems, you qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $120,000 - $145,000 (based on experience)
