Banner Health is seeking a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our growing Intensivist team at Banner Desert Medical Center or Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-supported, collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional critical care.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide cross-coverage call support
- Manage clinical care and round on patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced ICU environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current ACNP certification
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- Active prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances
- Experience preferred; new graduates with relevant critical care or cardiology experience are encouraged to apply
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time position
- Night shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- 12 shifts per month, including 2 weekend rotations (block schedule)
