We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) provider to deliver exceptional care in a dynamic hospital setting. Required Skills:

• Active North Carolina medical license and NC DEA registration (with NC address)
• NC Medicaid and PECOS enrollment
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current, unrestricted medical license
• Proven experience delivering babies with case logs from the past 24 months
• No active or recent malpractice cases or disciplinary actions
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Ability to perform emergent C-sections, vaginal deliveries, and GYN procedures
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently on-call, including high-risk cases

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in hospital-based OB-GYN settings
• Familiarity with high-risk obstetrics transfer protocols
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Availability for on-call duties with flexibility for emergency response

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of OB-GYN residency program
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology, preferably in hospital settings
• Current NBME or ABOG certification

Other Requirements:

• Must be within 20 minutes of the hospital per bylaws
• Willingness to round on patients, respond to emergencies, and perform urgent procedures
• Capable of providing detailed case logs and documentation
• Must be enrolled with PECOS, hold valid NPI#, and have active malpractice insurance or no recent malpractice or disciplinary issues
• Travel and lodging costs are capped at $500; all-inclusive rates or provider hours including gratis time preferred

Position Details:

• Start Date: July 6, 2026
• Commitment: 24-hour call from July 27, 8 AM to August 3, 8 AM
• Estimated Monthly Deliveries: 27, with approximately 11 C-sections
• Support: 24/7 hospitalist, anesthesiology, and radiology support
• Housing: Hospital apartments within 20 minutes of the facility
• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (competitive benefits included)
