Obstetrics and Gynecology
Join our esteemed healthcare team as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist and make a meaningful impact on women’s health in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional care, contribute to a supportive team, and develop your expertise in a facility committed to excellence. We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide 24-hour call coverage, with the potential to support approximately 10 outpatient clinic days per month, ensuring a balanced and sustainable workload.
Required Skills
- Valid medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Proven experience in obstetric and gynecologic care.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, including managing labor and deliveries.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion.
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Willingness to participate in 24-hour call duties, including coverage one weekend per month.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with Level 2 Special Care Nursery.
- Knowledge of labor and delivery protocols for VBAC and twin deliveries.
- Familiarity with hospital-based procedures and documentation.
Preferred Education and Experience
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Minimum of 2 years of obstetrics and gynecology practice, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Prior experience with call coverage and outpatient management is advantageous.
Other Requirements
- Completion of delineation of privileges prior to interview.
- Availability to start on or before July 1, 2026.
- Willingness to participate in additional office-based coverage if needed.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
