Required Skills:

• Board Certified in Pediatrics (Highly Preferred)
• Proven experience in pediatric inpatient and outpatient care
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on newborn and pediatric patient management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with CLIA-waived testing and in-office laboratory procedures
• Familiarity with call rotation and overnight coverage
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Active medical license and hospital privileges in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric hospitalist experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work a fixed clinic schedule (Monday to Friday with some weekends on call)
• Call coverage approximately 10 days per month, mainly for newborn care, on a rotating schedule
• Willingness to participate in rotating call and weekend coverage
• Compliance with all pre-hire requirements, including background check, drug screening, and credentialing
• Must log all overtime and callback hours accurately
• Must obtain and maintain all necessary certifications and licensure
• Providers are responsible for reimbursable travel, licensure, certification, and related expenses when applicable
