Nurse Practitioner - Urology

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our Urology Surgery team. This role offers a balanced mix of operating room time, clinic responsibilities, and collaborative patient care alongside a Urologist.

Schedule:

• Monday: Operating Room 
• Tuesday–Friday: Clinic
• Schedule structured to average 4 ten-hour days per week, with shared time off coordinated with another APP

Patient Volume:

• Approximately 15–20 patients per day

Call Schedule:

• 1 in 8 weekends
• 1–2 nights per month
• Call is shared with another APP, resulting in a reduced individual call burden

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical procedures in the operating room
• Conduct hospital rounds
• Manage post-operative follow-ups
• Provide care for established patients as directed
• Perform new patient consultations for general urological conditions
• Collaborate closely with physician and care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
